Account Manager

Own customer relationships and ensure TalkTrackr becomes part of the weekly operating rhythm.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale relationships and long-term account health.
  • Drive adoption of TalkTrackr's execution standards across customer teams.
  • Identify expansion opportunities tied to demonstrated value.
  • Surface product feedback grounded in real customer behavior.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer without becoming a blocker.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years managing B2B accounts with real retention and expansion responsibility.
  • Strong executive communication and expectation-setting skills.
  • Ability to understand customer workflows and map them to product usage.
  • Comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just relationships.
  • Calm, precise, and direct in high-stakes customer conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with sales leaders, RevOps, or enablement teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics or performance management tools.
  • Background in environments with complex stakeholders and long sales cycles.
