Account Manager
Own customer relationships and ensure TalkTrackr becomes part of the weekly operating rhythm.
Responsibilities
- Own post-sale relationships and long-term account health.
- Drive adoption of TalkTrackr's execution standards across customer teams.
- Identify expansion opportunities tied to demonstrated value.
- Surface product feedback grounded in real customer behavior.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer without becoming a blocker.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years managing B2B accounts with real retention and expansion responsibility.
- Strong executive communication and expectation-setting skills.
- Ability to understand customer workflows and map them to product usage.
- Comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just relationships.
- Calm, precise, and direct in high-stakes customer conversations.
Nice to have
- Experience working with sales leaders, RevOps, or enablement teams.
- Familiarity with analytics or performance management tools.
- Background in environments with complex stakeholders and long sales cycles.
