Data Scientist
Turn conversation data into actionable execution signals and research-grade insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain analytical frameworks for conversation sequencing, outcomes, and risk.
- Validate and audit model outputs for consistency, bias, and drift.
- Partner with product and engineering to turn insights into enforceable system logic.
- Produce internal research, benchmarks, and external-facing field reports.
- Define and defend metrics that actually matter to revenue execution.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years working with real, messy production data.
- Strong statistical foundations (regression, hypothesis testing, distributions).
- Proven experience translating ambiguous questions into measurable frameworks.
- Comfortable owning analysis end-to-end (data -> insight -> implication).
- Clear written communication; can explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales, RevOps, or behavioral data.
- Familiarity with speech, NLP, or time-series analysis.
- Prior work in high-ownership or early-stage environments.
