Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core TalkTrackr infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Implement systems that turn raw conversations into structured, auditable data.
• Collaborate with product and data to enforce business logic at the system level.
• Own reliability, scalability, and correctness of critical workflows.
• Improve internal tooling to increase developer leverage and velocity.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years building production systems, not prototypes.
• Strong fundamentals in backend architecture, data models, and APIs.
• Experience shipping and maintaining systems used daily by real customers.
• High judgment around tradeoffs, performance, and failure modes.
• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal process overhead.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, analytics-heavy products, or infra tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, event-driven systems, or ML-adjacent workflows.
• Prior exposure to CRM integrations or enterprise software.
